Field Engineer
Full-time Greenwood Village, CO (On-Site) Service Delivery $60,000 - $80,000/year
The Support + Field Engineer is a critical role providing first-rate technical support to clients in a timely, efficient, and empathetic manner. This role requires extensive client interaction and travel to offices throughout the Denver and Colorado Springs Metro areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-tiered technical support including troubleshooting of client, server, and stand-alone applications
- Travel to client locations for in-person support and regularly scheduled on-site visits
- Resolve issues related to LANs, WANs, internet connectivity, and Office 365
- Maintain up-to-date client documentation including SOPs, knowledge bases, and environment information
- Conduct regular audits of physical assets to ensure accuracy of inventory
- Implement actions to mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for customer service
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Windows Server, MacOS, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune
- Experience with RMM/PSA tools (NinjaRMM, HaloPSA, ConnectWise Control)
- Familiarity with Meraki, SonicWall, Ubiquiti networking
- MSP experience is a huge plus
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft Azure, or Microsoft 365 are a bonus
Lead Service Delivery Engineer
Full-time Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid) Service Delivery
Bridge the gap between hands-on technical troubleshooting and team enablement. Be a go-to problem solver for our Service Delivery team, mentor to engineers, and partner to our Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and resolve complex support tickets alongside the team
- Take ownership of high-impact, high-urgency escalations
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers
- Partner with Support Manager to optimize workflows
Requirements:
- Deep experience with Azure, M365, Windows Server, networking
- Microsoft AZ-104 and AZ-140 certifications required
- Experience with ITIL principles and process improvement
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and coaching abilities
Service Delivery Engineer (Tier 3)
Full-time Dallas, TX (On-Site) System Engineer
Specialize in resolving the most complex technical challenges and ensuring seamless operation of clients' critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated issues and critical network/server outages
- Investigate and respond to security incidents
- Serve as trusted advisor to assigned clients
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
Requirements:
- Extensive IT support experience, MSP environment preferred
- Advanced troubleshooting across Windows, O365, MacOS
- Deep knowledge of server and network infrastructure
- Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-140, Security+ are a plus
Support Engineer II (Tier 2)
Full-time Dallas, TX / Remote Technical Support
Responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer incidents via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Provide technical support for workstations, servers, networks, and cloud services
- Document interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues while maintaining communication
- Perform routine maintenance and health checks
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Contribute to knowledge base and documentation
Requirements:
- 2+ years IT support or similar technical role experience
- Strong Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Active Directory knowledge
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Basic networking concepts understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications preferred
Support Engineer I — Bilingual (Dallas)
Full-time Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Service Delivery $17 - $22/hour DOE
Be the first point of contact for our clients — triaging tickets, handling service requests, and resolving both basic and advanced IT issues. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Your high emotional IQ and sense of ownership will be key in delivering white-glove support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Categorize, prioritize, and assign incoming support tickets based on urgency
- Fulfill service requests: password resets, account unlocks, software installations
- Troubleshoot basic issues including email, printer, and network connectivity
- Advanced troubleshooting for Active Directory, Office 365, and workstation hardware/software
- Set up new employees by provisioning accounts, configuring workstations, and assigning permissions
- Operate Remote Management and Monitoring System to proactively identify and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Prior IT support experience required; MSP environment highly desirable
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, Office 365, MacOS (MacOS is a must)
- Exceptional customer service and conflict-management skills
- Relevant certifications (Apple, CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are a plus
